Amina Muaddi offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and security tags intact. Please note that shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface to prevent sole damage.
Initiate Return
Log into our online Returns Portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Package
Place the items in their original Amina Muaddi box and dust bags, ensuring the protective film on the soles remains attached, and secure them within the original shipping carton.
Attach Label
Download and print the pre-paid DHL return shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at an authorized DHL service point; once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
